I have bought two cars from rob. They both had multiple problems with them, he "fixed" them for free, but the problems kept coming back. I don't know much about cars, but I'll admit I could have been the cause for a couple of the problems. Someone totaled one of my cars, he told me he wanted to fix it. I told him not to, so he did it anyway and charged me for all of it. Then tried to auction it off because he didn't feel it was safe for me to drive. Denied the first offer he got, then didn't receive anymore offers. The second car, charged me for a "full tune up". A week later I was at Walmart with my dad buying multiple fluids(oil, power steering, etc) that were completely empty to the point where they were burning. And now I have over 4,000 dollars that I "owe" him. Honestly, if it was possible to give a lower rating than one star, he'd be rated in the negatives from my family and I. Rob, Cathy, I know you were family friends at one point. But you have lost all respect.
Couldn't love them more. I'm so happy with my car, and Rob did absolutely right by me. The only place that I'll go for my car!
I went in to get a price on Leveling kit and tire install on my truck. (I supplied) The owner was very rude and not professional at all. I spent extra money just to avoid the prick. I think it was a better decision anyway my truck would be worse off.
Thank you, Rob, for always helping my family and my work family. I am sorry to read some of these harsh reviews on here when I know you are a good man. You have always done right by me and I appreciate that.
