Dropped off my brand new 2016 Ford F350 DRW for an issue of the left rear out side tire having chunks of tread missing from it and the steering linkage being completely rusted with the truck only being 1.5 months old and only 1200 miles on it. I was told the tire would have to be replaced by me purchasing a new one because it was caused by the roads I drive on (didn't know asphalt roads tore chunks of tread out of tires). I was also told that all the new trucks rust up on the lot and that is the way they come.

I called the tire manufacture myself and got the defective tire warrantied through an authorized tire dealer (which Crouse is listed as one). I will have the front steering components sanded, painted and sealed so it won't be a bigger issue later on.

The service department is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly, I highly recommend Crouse ford. The man I talked to today was very helpful and knew what he was talking about.

This dealership will NEVER have my business again! I needed warranty work done they "did it" after not allowing me to have a rental car for the day while they were working on my brand new 2016 truck. After seeing leaking oil all over my drive way I took my truck to another Ford Dealership to find out the part was not replaced or done correctly! I contacted the service department and was told to bring the truck in and leave it for 2 days while living a 1.5 hours away and they "MAY" offer me a car to use in the meantime if I called back another day to ask the manager. My truck will not be going to this business again and I have contacted Ford to inform them of the situation.

I'm a hard-boiled lawyer in my mid-60s and over the years I've dealt with many dishonest car dealerships. I think Crouse is completely honest from the body shop to the service shop to the show room. There are no limits to my praise.

They could have easily done what I did to make the phone calls to get my tires warrantied. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone because they lack the service to handle a problem!

I especially admire sales manager Debbie Strine, who is genuinely friendly, incredibly smart, and seems to be sincerely working to do the best deal for the client, very unlike what I've seen so often before at other dealerships. She has my trust and confidence, which is not easily earned, and I'm sure my wife and I will be buying more vehicles from Crouse in the future.

I've been dealing with Crouse Ford for 10 years. Tomorrow I'm going to buy yet another Ford vehicle from them. (Over the last 25 years my wife and I have bought 10 new vehicles, and the last 8 were Fords.)
