The head teller was out sick she so I came the next day she wasn't even close to polite! If you dislike you job so much, leave. Don take it out on customers! She is such a miserable lady! Tried paying off my account, now I Won't at all! This is exactly why I stopped banking with them, twice now!
I usually love going to this location but the woman working the drivetru today needs a reminder that she is in a customer service industry. I went through the drive thru to make my deposit like I do most days but today she very rudely told me that I would need to come in because of the deposit amount. I understand rules and have no problem with following them but there was no reason for her to be so rude as well as I am unsure why this has never been a problem any other time. There are also no signs posted stating that this is the policy so I am unsure how I was supposed to know. I have personal accounts there as well and have never been treated so rudely by anyone at PNC.
