If your in a rush..go to Westminster d.d, 6 workers, 4 people in front of me in line no large orders and 18 mins for a coffee? At least after 4 visits it was made correct. Very nice employees tho
Today took over 40 min for 2 drinks and a sandwich with only 3 other customers. They were out of whole milk so i said 2% milk is fine. Then served it with skim milk. I went inside the store and asked the guy if i can buy the whole milk bottle so they can use that then the boy said, "you have to buy it".... i did as i said i wanted to do. And still took them way to long to get that taken care of as i watched them argue over who was going to do what. Not returning until new staff.
Was initially a long line when I pulled into the drive-thru but it moved quickly. Greeted by welcoming staff and service was quick and friendly. Highly recommend this location.
Stopped in late morning on a Sunday. .. lady taking order was polite, got our 2 donuts and 2 wraps quick... waited over 8 mins before someone realized they forgot our iced coffee drinks... waited another 8 mins for them to be made, the exact same drink was ordered, they came out, looking like two completely different, said excuse me these are supposed to me the same, younger girl snapped at me saying they were, they clearly werent... she forgot the mocha in one of the drinks... we were fed up at this point after waiting over 15min already for the drinks. ..won't be back to this location. Included pictures of our exact same drink.........
